In case you didn't know, dual-cameras are required for devices to capture stereoscopic 3D footage – so dual-cameras on this iPhone suggests that it will be capable of displaying 3D visuals. Now I don't know about you, but I find it hard to believe that these are pictures of a genuine iPhone 5. Firstly, Apple never puts the generation number on the back of the device. The “iPhone 5″ has a “5″ next to the iPhone name - and we don't even have to talk about the font that looks terribly out of place. Secondly, the photos are said to be from China - a treasure trove for smartphone clones (including some that we've covered before i.e. the iPhone 4 Nano and Android iPhone). It's highly unlikely we're staring at pictures of the real device.
Though we're not discounting the possibility of a 3D iPhone in the future, it's probably not going to be anytime soon and we highly doubt the leaked photographs are of the real deal. What do you think?
